Game Zone

im sure alot of people are not too good at getting money sometimes a city's buget is beyond repair thats when you destroy it. the best way to do this is the get the most destroctive vhelichel out and destroy everything then when your done goto God Mode and select destroy city then it will go and detroy it it takes about a min (this is unreversabule well nothing is reversable in the game so ya).

STARTING UP

1. don't bother with water untill you have high wealth residents or medium to high density development move in.
2. make sure all zones are low wealth at first you can channge it when you have engough income or need more income deppends
3. build your residentail zones (try to make as big as posible).
4. build an agricaulture zone by the residentail zones.
5. build a commercial zone close to the residentail zones.
6. now build a dity industry zone on the other side of the agricaulture zone from the residentail zones (why you ask? because would you want to live next to a building with a horabule smell? sims are people too!) .
7. now hears the main part of gaining money when placeing schools and hospitals ajust the local funding to make the attendees (us the "?" to do this)  make sure the circle covers all of the residentail areas.
8. hears a good and fast way to get you around $1000 income press shift-crtl-alt-x then type "you don't deserve it" , then goto the rewards you will have everything the first few will give you monthly income (that inclues "area 51 it dosent say it but it dose).

 if you have the game you willl know these RCI(residentail, commercial, and industrail) thing...
